Erfahrung Farrow Wraps

Einen schönen guten Tag. Ich habe ja einiges an Farrow Wraps hier die ich schon seit Jahre durch die Gegend schicke an Betroffene, Physiotherapeuten und Ärzte, wie wir wissen sind die leider hier noch nicht erhältlich aber ich hoffe das wird sich sehr bald ändern.

Ich möchte heute mit euch zwei Erfahrungen von lieben Betroffenen teilen. Eine Kämpferin hat sich, angeregt von meinen Blog und unsere nette und häufige Korrespondenz, Farrow im Ausland erworben, und die andere wunderbare Kämpferin testet jetzt gerade mit denen die ich ihr zum “ anfassen und sehen ” zugeschickt habe. Ich freue mich über beide Mitteilungen sehr, es zeigt das es Alternativen gibt die funktionieren und uns somit einen großen Maß an Freiheit zurückgeben sowie Lebensqualität. 

Ich bin sowieso begeistert von meinen alternativen, umso mehr freue ich mich dass ich unterstützen kann und freue mich sehr für jeden der dadurch immer näher kommt zu einen “normalen” Alltag trotz Erkrankung. Ich wünsche euch alle einen schönen Tag und alles liebe.

    die Wraps sind super!
    Ich kann zwar nur das Fußteil nutzen (XS ist perfekt für mich),
    aber schon dadurch hat sich nach längerem nächtlichen Tragen diese Woche wie ein “Quantensprung” ereignet:
    Der Fuß sieht nun fast wieder normal aus, die Schmerzen haben gut nachgelassen und auch die Knöchelkonturen sind schon erkennbar!
    Beim Stehen läuft der Fuß auch nicht mehr so schnell zu, und dies ist für mich in der Schule ja essentiell wichtig….ich würde sie gern meiner Hausärztin noch zeigen und versuchen, ob ich vielleicht ein Kassen- oder Privat-Rezept dafür erhalte. Meine Physiotherapeutin war jedenfalls hellauf begeistert!
  2. Liebe Mo!
    Jetzt ist schon einige Zeit vergangen und ich dachte, ich muss mich einmal bei Dir melden. Mein Lymphödem hat sich durch die Wraps gebessert. Wenn ich von der Arbeit (leider sitzend) nach Hause komme und Schmerzen habe, gebe ich sie aufs Bein und genieße die Entlastung. Ohne könnte ich es mir nicht mehr vorstellen.

Yoga Pose For Breast Cancer – Swinging Arms

Swinging Arms What a great pose to “let go” in.  Swinging our arms brings you back when you were free to play. Yes, it is a playful pose and it does wonder for a healthy outlook. Our beautiful yoga model is Angela Strynkowski, RYT 500 and owner A Jewel In The Lotus  yoga studio.

Swinging Arms is a soft and spunky lateral twisting pose. It does so much for the squeezing out of impurities inside the internal organs. It helps to circulate and stimulate blood flow and lymph for the entire chest, shoulder and arm areas. Perfection. And, yes, it is so much fun. It is almost a trace state pose. Being able to go slow or fast creates so much vibration which enhances and boosts our energy.

Instructions:

1. Begin standing with feet hip distant or greater apart for stability. Let your arms relax down along side your body.

Deine Christine! …mein altes, neues Leben mit MS…

Ich habe eine nette Nachricht bekommen auf meinen Blog, eine sympatische Frau die ich nur nach ihren Schreibstil stereo typisiert habe 🙂 Da wir jetzt etwas hin und her geschrieben haben und ich heute ein wenig mehr Zeit hatte als ich sonst habe, schaute ich und sah ihr wirklich guten Blog, die meisten von uns, oder falsch, viele von uns, die sich mit Lymphödeme herumschlagen hatten oder haben Krebs, was hat krebs mit MS zu tun, medizinisch gesehen recht wenig auf der Oberfläche, ich denke es gibt viele parallelen , die heimtückischkeit, die wenigen, zumindest, die uns zur Verfügung gestellte Behandlungs Möglichkeiten, die Kontrolle verlieren über unser eigenen Körper und was “er”macht, die an ” anstrengende ” Tage Achterbahn Fahrten mit unser Psyche, die Erinnerung jeden Tag, es gibt unendliches mehr so wie ich das Betrachte.

Lymphtaping

Einen schönen guten Tag ihr. In den letzten Wochen bekomme ich immer mehr Mails von Betroffene die sich für das taping interessieren, das hat mich inspiriert nochmal etwas zu veröffentlichen. Ich hoffe das dieser Beitrag etwas mehr Information gibt, ansonsten könnt ihr mir gerne schreiben. Ich wünsche euch alle alles erdenklich gute und überhaupt, alles liebe.

Ich hatte schon beschrieben das ich mit Lymphtaping sehr gute Erfahrungen und erfolge sammeln konnte. Allerdings ist es wirklich schwer ein Therapeut zu finden die sich intensiv damit beschäftigt hat, es wäre schön und fortschrittlich wenn diese Methode intensiv gelehrt würde und als selbstverständlich bei der Ausbildung gelten würde.

Sehr „spannend“ finde ich dass in Deutschland eine Studie wegen tapings ausgerechnet von  einem Kompressionsstrumpf  Hersteller gemacht worden ist. Wenn wir doch ganz offen und im Sinne der Patienten mal völlig unvoreingenommen diese Tatsache mal betrachten erweckt es den Eindruck das Man „ sorge“ haben könnte das Erfolge erzielt werden mit taping. Ich kann nur nochmal betonen, alles muss im Fluss stehen und ganzheitliche betrachtet werden, es gibt kein nur das ist gut oder nur jenes bringt Erfolg. Jeder Mensch ist anders, es wäre wünschenswert wenn jeder Mediziner auch jeden Patient als Individuum sieht. Ziel ist es doch zu helfen und zu lindern, und doch nicht die Interessen eines Herstellers zu unterstützen. Bedingt durch meine Besuche bei zahlreiche Lymph Kongresse weiß ich auch das es da draußen einige „ rebellische „ Ärzte gibt, die hinterfragen, die nicht mit den Strom schwimmen, dessen Patienten/in das wichtigste ist und vor allem das sie nachhause gehen und wissen dass sie ihr Bestes gegeben haben. Dafür danke ich im Namen von uns Patienten die nicht in eine Schublade passen.

Es musste doch eine spannende Herausforderung sein die unterschiedlichsten Methoden für ein Patient so zusammenzustellen das Erfolg einsetzt, das eine Motivation erreicht werden kann und es ist nun mal fakt das unsere Psyche zu unglaublichen in der Lage ist, positive sowie negative. Ich sehe die Zukunft in der Behandlung so dass jeder ein Maß geschneiderte Therapie erhält mit alles was die Welt so zu bieten hat. Das alle Institutionen zusammen arbeiten weltweit, das es ein „ United“ Lymphvereinigung gibt, das Forschungsgelder so zusammenkommen und dort eingesetzt werden wo dringend geforscht werden muss. Das wäre wirklich schön.

Asia Pacific Lymphology Conference to be held in May, 2016 ILF/PFL Team 2016 Asia Pacific Lymphology Conference, integrating the 11th Australasian Lymphology Association Conference and the 6th International Lymphoedema Framework Conference

The ALA and the ILF warmly invite you to the very first Asia Pacific Lymphology Conference, to be held from the 26th to the 28th May, 2016 in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. Although Darwin is now a modern cosmopolitan city, it retains the feel of a frontier town with a strong touch of the Asia/Pacific. Darwin has long been called Australia’s Asian Gateway – which is why it has been chosen for the first joint ALA and ILF conference. The ILF has not held a conference in the southern hemisphere before, and by choosing Darwin and Australia, it aims to strengthen its existing links in the Asia Pacific region.

The theme “New Networks – New Solutions” reflects the coming together of the two organisations, the northern and southern hemispheres, and the East and the West.

Join us in this new territory as we share stimulating ideas, new research and innovative solutions to the many issues faced by health practitioners who treat people with lymphatic dysfunction.

The scientific program is designed to stimulate the development of new partnerships and enrich prior multidisciplinary collaborations, thus improving the way we prevent, diagnose and manage lymphatic diseases and disorders.

The planned presentations and workshops to be delivered by our keynote and invited speakers will cover a range of topics, including molecular and cellular understanding of the lymphatic system, advances in diagnostic methods, and understanding the lived experiences of those with lymphatic disease. Our two internationally-renowned keynote speakers (Prof Maryls Witte and Prof Terence Ryan) bring to the conference a rich history in the lymphology setting, and have a deep understanding of the impact of lymphatic disease on the developed and developing world. Their contribution to this International Conference will ensure we learn from the past and present in a way that will facilitate rapid advances and the identification of new solutions for the future.

The conference is being held in Darwin – the Northern Territory’s capital city and the gateway to South-East Asia. Darwin is a beautiful city in its own right, worthy of setting time aside to explore. Doctors are trained to treat illness with medication (chemicals) and surgery (not with herbs and diets). Normally they will be unwilling to treat patients with natural products (as a result of their training and knowledge). If you have decided to take the alternative route you should be knowledgeable in natural treatments (this report gives you the necessary tools) and preferably have some family members on your side. Your doctor may be asked to keep an eye over you, as he/she could check on your health and do blood and urine tests. In this way your condition is objectively monitored and you will know if you are getting better and if your diet provides enough minerals, etc. If your doctor is unsympathetic or you need a doctor with a more holistic approach, look on the internet for medical associations in your country that concentrate on a natural approach.
